6 MINUTE AB WORKOUT WITH THE PULSE FITNESS BALANCE DOME!
Warm-Up (30 seconds)
High Knees: Stand behind the balance dome and perform high knees to get your heart rate up and warm up your core.
Workout (6 minutes)
Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with a 15-second rest in between.
Balance Dome Plank
Place your forearms on the balance dome and extend your legs behind you, coming into a plank position.
Hold your core tight, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
Dome Sit-Ups
Sit on the balance dome with your feet flat on the floor and knees bent.
Lean back slightly and perform sit-ups, engaging your abs as you lift your upper body towards your knees.
Oblique Twists
Sit on the balance dome, lean back slightly with feet lifted off the ground, and hold a lightweight or simply clasp your hands together.
Twist your torso to the left and right, bringing your hands or weight towards the floor on each side.
Mountain Climbers
Place your hands on the balance dome and get into a high plank position.
Bring your knees towards your chest alternately, keeping your core engaged and moving quickly.
Dome Leg Raises
Lie on your back with the balance dome under your lower back/buttocks.
Place your hands by your sides and lift your legs straight up towards the ceiling.
Lower your legs slowly back down without touching the floor, engaging your lower abs.
Plank Jacks
Get into a high plank position with your hands on the balance dome.
Jump your feet out wide, then back together, keeping your core tight and body stable.
