It’s Balance Awareness Week, the perfect time to make sure you’re working on your balance.

Our Balance Dome Trainer is the ideal tool to train on, giving an unstable base to work on both your lower body and upper body balance. The Dome Trainer can be used to stand on the ball side, with a solid flat base, or inverted with the ball on the floor as you balance on the flat top.

Try balancing on each leg for 30 seconds with your arms outstretched. Find this too easy? Bring your arms down to your side and keep them there.
