A Modern and Functional Installation at Braywick

Pulse Fitness was proud to deliver a full gym transformation at Braywick Leisure Centre, part of Windsor and Maidenhead Council’s leisure offering. The client’s goal was clear: modernise a gym that had seen better days. Rusted equipment, damaged flooring and a cramped layout meant the space wasn’t fit for purpose. They wanted a functional, contemporary gym that could accommodate a broader range of training styles while providing an open, welcoming environment for members.

Pulse responded by removing and replacing 800 square metres of flooring, rezoning the space, and introducing a bespoke functional training area alongside expanded free weight zones. Every element of the installation was designed to enhance the look, feel and flow of the gym. Despite a tight turnaround of less than three months, the project was completed smoothly and efficiently, exceeding expectations.

The result is a revitalised facility that combines modern equipment, thoughtful layout and accessible design. Members now enjoy a flexible, high-quality training environment that feels brighter, more spacious and more inviting than ever before.
