STRUCTURE
Frame Construction
All Pulse Fitness products are constructed from durable 3mm (11 gauge) steel that is designed to give exceptional structural integrity and stability even during the most vigorous workout.
Frame Protection
Once welded, the frames are treated against corrosion by being grit blasted and zinc pre-treated (for guaranteed durability). They are furnace baked, heat-cured and electrostatically epoxy powdered (which ensures maximum adhesion). This gives them a tough, corrosive-resistant and easy to clean finish, offering unbeatable reliability and longevity.

OPERATION

Pulse Fitness cardiovascular products are renowned for their smoothness of operation. This results from our precision-engineered manufacturing processes.
Hand-Grip Assembly
The hand-grips are formed from a slip-resistant, extruded rubber compound that is non-absorbing and wear-and-tear resistant. They are over-sized in diameter 39mm (1-1/2″). Encompassing the hand-grips are, aluminium end-caps, these provide great durability.

Seat
The long-lasting, easy-to-clean, ergonomically designed saddle seat with comfort groove has a high resistance to: abrasion, ageing, bacteria, disinfectant, mildew, oil and stains. It is puncture and wear resistant.

Apple GymKit
Apple Integration – GymKit is Apple’s platform that allows its users to pair their Apple Watch to a commercial piece of fitness equipment such as Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Cycles, Standing/Seated Steppers, and more.  The metrics between the Apple Watch and gym machine are shared, combining data from the machine with details like heartrate and calories burned from the watch.

Content Mirroring
Anytime/Miracast – Miracast allows users to wirelessly share multimedia, including high-resolution pictures and high-definition (HD) video content between Wi-Fi devices, even if a Wi-Fi network is not available.  Miracast projects content from a smartphone to a cardiovascular machines infotainment system.

Inclusivity
The Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) was established in the early 2000’s.  It supports commercial fitness providers to become more accessible both in their choice of equipment, and towards the environments the fitness equipment is placed within. 

Pulse Fitness have partnered with the IFI to develop both its CV and Strength ranges, with inclusivity designed in.  The company offers the largest range accredited equipment available across the commercial marketplace.

Connectivity
This equipment has been designed to allow seamless upgradeable access to Pulse Fitness’ digital fitness ecosystem TRAKK®.

TRAKK® is a fitness tracking and management system.  Its users can track their activity, both within and outside any ‘connected’ fitness facility.

TRAKK® centralises data on a cloud based server.

If the fitness facility has opted for TRAKK®, the solution will allow contact with staff, monitor the fitness workout progress and manage programmes assigned to users.  The result is a personalised workout experience.

This flexible, interactive, digital system requires updates to Pulse Fitness’ equipment (Consoles and QR-codes).  A PC to run the desktop software/Tanita scales/NFC tag reader and a smartphone/tablet to use Web/Mobile App’s.

Strava
Users can re-run or cycle, previously saved Strava workouts on Pulse Fitness’ CV equipment.

Strava is a internet based service designed to track physical exercise (fitness).  It is mostly used for tracking and uploading cycling and running data, utilising Global Positioning System (GPS).  Strava’s users make use of its smartphone/watch Mobile App or Website.  They can also join Strava’s social network which offers feature that include challenges, sharing photos of activities, and following friends.

OnDemand
Pulse Fitness’ OnDemand feature, enhances the workout experience by bringing Personal Trainers right on screen to join Users during their workouts.  This feature allows Users to access a library of pre-recorded workout sessions led by professional trainers in any ‘connected’ fitness facility. The wide array of workout sessions caters to diverse fitness goals. This innovative feature gives Users the flexibility to engage with Personal Trainers on their schedule, making fitness more accessible and personalised.
