Barbell Upright Row
Standing upright, hold a barbell with your hands shoulder width apart using an overhand grip.
Keeping your chest and head upright, raise the bar up close to your body to your shoulders.
Hold the position at the top for a few seconds before slowly lowering the bar back down to your starting position.
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout exercise.
Exhale during lifting movement, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
Do not hold your breath.
