Bent Over Rows
Bend your knees slightly and bend your forward at a 45 degree angle.
Grip the bar with an overhand grip and lift the bar slightly from the floor.
Pull the barbell directly upwards to your chest contracting your back muscles throughout the movement.
Slowly lower the barbell back downwards to your starting position.
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout exercise.
Exhale during lifting movement, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
Do not hold your breath.
