Side Plank Row
Set down a light dumbbell on the floor and assume a side-plank position by being propped up on your elbow with your legs straight, core tight and feet stacked.
Facing to the side, hold the dumbbell on the floor extending your arm upwards towards the ceiling.
Hold that position then lower the dumbbell back to the floor.
Repeat the exercise on both sides.
Maintain a smooth and controlled motion throughout the exercise.
Exhale during pressing movement, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
