Basebag Glute Bridges
Seated on the floor, lift a basebag onto the crease of your hips.
Lie on your back, legs bent so that your calves almost touch your hamstrings.
Keeping your weight distributed evenly across both feet, press the floor away until you’re bridged up onto the backs of your shoulders with your hips extended fully, spine remaining in a neutral position.
Lower your hips back down to the start position.
Always keep your hands on the basebag or the handles to secure the weight to your hips.
Focus on squeezing your glutes at top of range.
Maintain a smooth and controlled motion throughout the exercise.
Do not hold your breath.
