Lean on a swiss ball with your right side and hug right arm around the ball.
Keeping your left leg on the floor, lift your right leg into the air.
Slowly return your left leg to the ground.
Repeat for the other side.
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout exercise.
Exhale during lifting movement, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
Do not hold your breath.
