Put your feet flat on the floor with your elbows resting on a Swiss ball.
Roll the ball forward on your elbows as far as you can without sagging your back.
Roll the ball outwards until the arms are extended.
Slowly return to your starting position.
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout exercise.
Exhale during the lifting movement, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
Do not hold your breath.
