HOW TO PERFORM

Set the machine to best suit your height and get on holding the handles provided.

Hinge your hips forwards slightly and slightly bend the knee of the leg which will be on the floor.

Lift your primary leg and bend that knee slightly then place on the foot pad.

Kick your primary leg straight out behind you while keeping the bend in your knee until it’s at least parallel to the floor.

Hold this position and squeeze your glute for a few seconds before slow lowering your leg downwards.

Repeat for your other leg.

Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout exercise.

Exhale as you press, inhale as the handles return to start position.

Do not hold your breath.
