INSTRUCTIONAL DIAGRAM

HOW TO PERFORM

Step into the leg curl machine.

Place your shin onto the pad provided, adjust the pad height so the pad sits on the middle of the shin.

Place your other foot on the floor.

Lean forward placing your elbows and forearms on the arm rest and grip the handle bar.

Contract your hamstrings and raise the moving pad up towards your glutes and hold that position for a few seconds.

Slowly bring your leg back down to your starting position.

Repeat for the other leg.

Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout exercise.

Exhale as you press, inhale as the handles return to start position.

Do not hold your breath.
