Grip the straight bar that’s attached to a machine with your palms facing upwards and elbows tucked close to your side.
Curl the handle upwards, towards your shoulder, keeping your palm in an upwards position.
Continue to curl until your bicep is fully contracted.
Slowly lower the weight back down.
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout exercise.
Exhale during lifting movement, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
Do not hold your breath.
