INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS


HOW TO PERFORM

Stand in between two dip bars and grip them with your palms facing downwards.

Hold yourself up on the bars with your arms fully extended with your entire body of the floor.

Bend your torso somewhere in the middle.

Slowly lower yourself down where your elbow is at a right angle.

Forcefully push yourself back up to the starting position.

Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout exercise.

Exhale as you press, inhale as the handles return to start position.

Do not hold your breath.


Grip the pull-up bar with an underhand grip, shoulder width apart.

Retract your shoulder blades and tilt your torso back.

Pull your torso upwards until your chin reaches the bar.

Ensure you contract your back muscles throughout the movement.

Return downwards in a slow and controlled manor.

Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout exercise.

Exhale as you press, inhale as the handles return to start position.

Do not hold your breath.
