Payment Processing
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order.  Your item will ship when it becomes available.  The delivery estimates are shown on the websites product details page.

Availability
We will process the online orders in the order in which they were received.

Promotional Items
From time to time, Pulse Fitness will offer special promotional items with a pre-orders.  Due to limited availability, these items will only available while supplies last.

Delivery
Orders containing both pre-orders/back-orders will be held until all pre-ordered or back-ordered items are in stock, after which we will ship the entire order.  If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for your in-stock items.
For orders only containing pre-ordered and back-ordered items, they will be shipped to customers as soon as we receive them and process them for fulfillment.

Pre-order Release Dates
Pulse Fitness works tirelessly to ensure accurate release dates on our website.  Occasionally, we run into problems or issues and release dates must be changed.  Sometimes dates move forward; more often they move back, and they get can be changed more than once.
We guarantee that we will always post the best release date information available at the time of our posting.

Cancellation
Pre-ordered/back-ordered items can be cancelled up to 7 days before the shipment date listed on the product details page.  If a pre-ordered/back-ordered item is within 7 days of the shipment date, no refunds will be processed for that item before shipment.  This is due to processing and shipping times needed to fulfill these items and the time it takes for the item to be delivered to you.
If in the rare circumstance we cannot fulfill your pre-order/back-order item for any reason, your order for the pre-ordered/back-ordered item will be cancelled and the amount for your order or item will be refunded promptly, and you will be notified via the email address on your account.
